Welcome to Ordexa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ordexa's website, services, and related applications (collectively, the "Service"). By using or accessing the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
By registering for an account, signing in, connecting a social media integration, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Acceptance is required to create an account and use the Service.
The Service is provided to you for lawful business or personal use, and you may use the Service to automate responses to messages and manage customer interactions through your connected integrations.
Prohibited uses:
Ordexa may implement technical checks and rate limiting to detect and block self-directed AI loops, abuse, or excessive automated usage. If Ordexa detects a prohibited pattern (including repeated self-messaging from accounts controlled by the same user), Ordexa may suspend or terminate the offending Integration or Account and notify the User. Ordexa reserves the right to update detection logic and thresholds at any time.
Ordexa is provided free of charge during current beta and testing phases. Ordexa reserves the right to introduce paid plans, including monthly or annual subscriptions, in the future. If paid services are introduced, Users will be provided with clear pricing, billing terms, refund policies and a way to cancel their paid subscription.
To use Ordexa you must create an Account and provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.
Ordexa will never request your password for third-party services; we only request the minimal information required to establish an integration (for example, OAuth tokens). You are responsible for the security of any tokens or keys you provide to Ordexa via integrations.
All right, title and interest in and to the Service, including the Ordexa website, user interface, designs, and original code authored by Ordexa, are owned by Ordexa or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit through your Account (for example, messages and business content), subject to the license you grant below.
Ordexa uses and integrates third-party software and services such as Clerk, Next.js, Tailwind UI / shadcn components, database providers, and AI providers. Use of those services is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective providers. Ordexa does not grant or transfer any third-party vendor rights; such services remain governed by their own licenses.
License to Ordexa:
By providing content or connecting an Integration you grant Ordexa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display and transmit Message Data and AI Replies as necessary to provide the Service. Ordexa will only use that data for service operation, analytics, backups, and improving the Service, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
When you link an Integration and use the Service, Ordexa will store incoming messages and corresponding AI Replies generated by or for the Integration from the time the Integration is connected. Ordexa may preserve message history, metadata, and AI replies so that you can review conversations in your dashboard.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish or send through the Service. Ordexa reserves the right to remove or block content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
The Service may link to third-party websites, services, or products that are not owned or controlled by Ordexa. Ordexa is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. You acknowledge and agree that Ordexa provides links only as a convenience, and inclusion does not imply endorsement.
Ordexa may suspend or terminate your Account or Integration for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the Service, repeated self-messaging loops, or non-payment of fees (if applicable).
Upon termination Ordexa may delete or anonymize your Message Data and other account data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Ordexa will make reasonable efforts to notify you before terminating accounts for non-safety reasons.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ORDExA, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ORDExA FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO ORDExA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Iraq.
Ordexa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice to Users by either (a) posting an updated Terms page on the Service and highlighting the change in the Dashboard, or (b) sending an email to the primary email address associated with your Account. Use of the Service after the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may request deletion of your Account and Message Data by following the instructions on our Data Deletion page at Data Deletion. Ordexa will process valid deletion requests in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Ordexa may retain anonymized or aggregated data after deletion for analytics and fraud prevention.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect. Ordexa's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
